Purchase and Change Plans

Purchasing or Changing a Paid Plan
A Free Plan is automatically provided upon sign-up, and you can switch to other plans if needed.
This guide explains how to switch from the Free Plan to another plan, as well as the upgrade and downgrade processes.

1. Changing Your Plan

While logged in, navigate to the [Change Plan] menu in the left sidebar.
On the [Change Plan] page, your current plan will be marked as ‘Active’.
Select your desired plan and proceed with the purchase.
However, plan changes may not be possible in the following cases.

Using the Enterprise Plan
Contact customer support to request a plan change.
Switching to the Free Plan
To switch to the Free Plan, you must cancel your recurring payment. Upon clicking ‘Start Free’, an alert will guide you to proceed to My Page for payment cancellation.

2. Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrading refers to switching to a higher-priced plan.
Examples of Upgrades
Free → PRO (Monthly)
Free → BUSINESS (Monthly)
PRO (Monthly) → BUSINESS (Monthly)
Upgrades are applied immediately upon confirmation.
Billing Amount
The amount is prorated based on the remaining days until the next billing cycle.

3.Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrading refers to switching to a lower-priced plan.
Examples of Downgrades:
BUSINESS (Monthly) → PRO (Monthly)
BUSINESS (Monthly) → Free
PRO (Monthly) → Free
Downgrades take effect starting from the next billing cycle.
Example: If your billing date is the 10th of each month,
If you initiate a downgrade on the 1st, your current plan remains active until the 10th, after which the downgrade is automatically applied.
