7. Google Street View Publishing

By using the Google Street View posting feature, you can upload 360° images and share them with users worldwide. It can be used for various purposes, such as business promotion, local guides, and virtual tours.

Pre-Posting Requirements

A Google account is required.
You must have your own captured 360° images. (Supported formats: JPG, JPEG)
360° images must include location information (GPS data)
For privacy protection, faces and vehicle license plates must be blurred.

How to Post on Google Street View

Step 1: Click the Google Street View Menu
Review the Google Street View upload guidelines
360° Panorama Images
Only 360° panoramic images can be uploaded to Google Street View.
Set the North Direction
All Scenes must be oriented to the north.
Blur Faces & Personal Information
If uploaded images contain faces, vehicle license plates, or other personal information, blurring is required.
After uploading images, check the mandatory conditions for Google Street View posting and proceed to the next step!

Business Address Setup
Enter the business address on the map.
Ensure the entered address is displayed correctly. If the location is inaccurate, manually adjust it to set the correct coordinates.

Entering the correct business address makes it easier to search and use on Google Maps and Street View!
If multiple 360° images are uploaded, set movement paths between each Scene.
Choose "Auto Connect" or "Manual Connect" to adjust movement paths.
After setting the paths, preview to ensure proper functionality.
Step 4: Log in & Publish
Log in with your Google account
Ensure that all settings are complete, then click the "Publish" button.
It may take up to 48 hours for your images to be published on Google Street View.
Once the publishing process is complete, you can view your post on Google Maps.

Post-Publishing Checklist

Check if your images are correctly displayed on Google Street View.
Verify that face and license plate blurring has been properly applied.

Q3. Can I change the location of an uploaded image?
No, once published, the location cannot be edited. You must re-upload the image to change its location.

Yes, you can delete them from Google Street View. However, deleted data cannot be recovered.
